Let’s Talk TV

Trends in TV watching are continuing to change, including a campaign now to protect local TV broadcasting.  I would love to get feedback if you have considered cutting ties to subscription television (AT&T, Comcast, BrightHouse, DishTV, DirecTV, etc) in exchange for receiving OTA (Over the Air) transmissions and using an internet based solution for watching past and current episodes of your favorite shows.  Some people have mentioned that they would miss the ability to pause live TV and have gotten use to this feature from their subscriber’s DVR service.  I have been developing a product that would allow for viewing HDTV broadcast signals, pause and rewind live TV, record TV and also get you access to services like Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc with no annual subscriptions.  Oh, and you can can access your home network’s photos and videos, surf the web, play games and more.  Interested? Let me hear your thoughts!  What would you pay as a one-time cost for such a device?
